The OHS Essentials Program

SCW Services has partnered with WorkSafe Victoria to deliver The OHS Essentials Program.

The OHS Essentials program provides free, confidential and personalised advice to keep your workers safe. Over 12 months, SCW Services will work closely with you to improve your workplace safety. Over three sessions, we will develop a practical and personalised action plan for you. The plan will outline the safety hazards identified and how to minimise the risks. It is designed for you to keep and continuously adapt over time. The best part – talk to ust at a time that’s convenient for you.

All you need to do is download and complete the form and submit to ohsessentials@worksafe.vic.gov.au or apply directly with the link below. If you would like SCW Services to provide these services just write SCW Services under Preferred OHS Essentials Provider in the form.

Eligibility

1. Small or medium business
60 workers or fewer with a WorkCover insurance policy.

What we offer

Confidentiality
The program is 100% confidential. We are not employed by WorkSafe and all of the recommendations we provide are completely confidential.

2. Sole Traders with Contractors
May be eligible but will also need to have a WorkCover insurance policy

Independent Advice
The program allows you to benefit from an independent consultant. Our practical safety advice will be tailored to your business.

3. Victorian Farmer
Victorian farmers can apply for the program- you do not need to have a WorkCover policy to be eligible.

Personalised Recommendations
Your consultant will come to your workplace and provide recommendations that are right for you and your business.
