Carnedd brings over 15 years of experience in transformation, strategy, and occupational health, safety, and wellbeing across high-risk sectors like emergency services, mining, and public and private organisations.
He has held executive roles, including Director of Health, Safety & Wellbeing and Group Principal Health for a top ASX 20 mining company. Carnedd holds a BSc (Hons) in Exercise Science & Physiology, an MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, and is a GAICD graduate.
Sanja Dzaferovic- Principal Consultant
Sanja is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience across diverse sectors. She specialises in aligning HR strategies with organisational goals, fostering inclusive cultures, and delivering tailored solutions.
She has held senior roles such as People, Culture, and Capability Manager, contributing to industries including Sports and Events, Energy and Resources and Corporate Services. Sanja holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HR Management and Law in Business.
